Easter Musings

This Easter weekend I was thinking for the first time how interesting it is that Jesus died during Passover.  Everyone celebrated God's grace, mercy and love in that He killed all the firstborn Egyptian sons but passed over the Hebrew firstborn.  Yet Jesus, "the firstborn of all creation," to show God's grace and mercy and love, was not passed over but killed rather ruthlessly...and at the hands of those who had once been "passed-over," no less.

It is much to think of, and all I have for now.
